MANUFACTURERS OF CIGARETTES SOLD IN MISSISSIPPI MUST PROVIDE A PRODUCT CERTIFICATION FORM BY SEPTEMBER 1 ANNUALLY

MS House Bill 916 of the 2025 Regular Legislative Session requires every manufacturer whose cigarettes are sold in Mississippi to complete a product certification form for these products.
