Mississippi will follow federal extensions granted to victims of Tropical Storm Arthur that took place on June 18, 2026. Taxpayers who reside or have a business in Covington, George, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Pearl River, Stone, and Wayne counties have until February 1, 2027, to file individual income tax returns, corporate income and franchise tax returns, pass-through entity tax returns and quarterly estimated payments that were originally due during this period.

Taxpayers who reside or have a business in Franklin, Lamar, Lawrence, Lincoln, and Wilkinson counties have until November 2, 2026, to file individual income tax returns, corporate income and franchise tax returns, pass-through entity tax returns and quarterly estimated payments that were originally due during this period.
