The annual certification and re-certification filing period opens June 1, 2026, for cigarette and ENDS product manufacturers.
HB 916 of the 2025 Legislative Session required the Department of Revenue to establish directories for both cigarettes and ENDS products. These directories became available October 1, 2025, on our website at www.dor.ms.gov, under the Taxpayer Access Portal (TAP) Tools menu and are updated monthly.
