Wet-Dry Maps

Below you will find interactive Wet-Dry Maps for both Alcoholic Beverages (Distilled Spirits and Wine) and Beer, Light Wine, and Light Spirits to use for delivery purposes. These maps denote the municipalities which are (Wet) and which are (Dry).

In addition to wet counties and municipalities, there are also a number of wet areas within certain Dry counties. A listing of those wet areas can be found below the Map.

To select which map to view, please select either Alcoholic Beverages Wet/Dry Map or Beer Wet/Dry Map at the bottom of the map.

 

Wet/Dry Map for ABC Permits and Beer Permits

The maps provided are for informational purposes only. Their accuracy is based on the information known by MDOR at this time and is subject to change. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of each user to determine through their own sources the correctness of the information provided by referring to state statutes and local city or county government representatives. 

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: The areas marked GREEN are WET FOR DELIVERY (ALLOWED) and the areas marked RED are DRY FOR DELIVERY (NOT ALLOWED).

BEER/LIGHT WINE/LIGHT SPIRITS: The areas marked YELLOW are WET FOR DELIVERY (ALLOWED) and the areas marked RED are DRY FOR DELIVERY (NOT ALLOWED).
