Application Developer I
This work involves analyzing and evaluating application systems and designing and developing new or enhanced systems to support the user needs. Programmer/Analysts provide automated systems using a variety of platforms and technologies.
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four year college or university in computer science, data processing, business information systems, or a directly related field. Related experience may be substituted for education.
Salary Range
$40,137 to $54,787
Auditor I
Auditors are responsible for managing the financial modules of our tax-integrated software system and reviewing new and existing legislation to determine modifications necessary for compliance with government regulations. This position is also responsible for ensuring system updates, documenting their analysis, and communicating their findings to both the technical and business units. They work closely with our internal accounting department to ensure all necessary information is received and updated in our systems. Auditors may also train and give oral presentations regarding our financial modules as needed.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in accounting or accounting/data processing OR Bachelor's Degree including a minimum of 24 hours of the following courses: 18 hours in the following courses - Principles of Accounting I and II, Intermediate Accounting I and II, Federal Income Tax, and Auditing and 6 hours may be selected from the following - Cost Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Business Law, Advanced Auditing, Accounting Systems, Managerial Accounting, Advanced Federal Income Tax, and Auditing Problems.

Network Specialist I
This work involves on-going monitoring, maintenance, and administration of free-standing and networked systems. Systems range from stand-alone PC applications to Local Area Networks (LANs) with 500+ users.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college or university in computer science, data processing, business information systems, or a directly related field OR Associate’s Degree in IT field and two years of directly related experience.

Network Specialist II
Candidates need excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service skills. Critical skillsets needed include Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server. This position works in close cooperation with internal and external contributors to troubleshoot and maintain network and communication systems of moderate complexity to support workloads. Additionally, this position monitors use, capacity, and performance of systems, and recommends and implements changes.
Required Education
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of IT experience with emphasis in network operations and administration.
Salary Range
$55,877 to $73,339
Network Specialist III
Candidates need excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service skills. Critical skillsets include Firewall Administration, Microsoft 365 Security Administration, Active Directory Administration, SIEM & Observability Tools, and Public Key Infrastructure. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining network and communication systems of moderate complexity in assigned organizational areas. A focus on the hardware and software aspects of the security infrastructure estate of the agency is incorporated into this position.
Required Education
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 5-8+ years of IT experience with emphasis in network infrastructure, operations, and administration.

$60,906 to $79,940
