The following illustrates the opt-out status of cities and counties (red) for the presence of medical cannabis dispensaries. This map is for informational purposes only. Its accuracy is based on the information known by MDOR at this time and is subject to change.

Ultimately, it is the responsibility of each dispensary license applicant to determine the status of any proposed location by contacting local city or county government representatives. This Map and List applies to Medical Cannabis Dispensaries.
