Verify Sales Tax Numbers
Sales Tax Account Numbers and Direct Pay Permit Numbers may only be used by the business they are assigned to. This verification system does not provide the business identity due to laws governing taxpayer confidentiality. You may wish to obtain a copy of the customer's Permit To Engage In Business with the customer's sales tax account number or a copy of the customer's Direct Pay Permit for identification purposes.
