Electronic filing of Gasoline Tax, Special Fuel Tax, Compressed Gas Tax, Lubricating Oil Tax, Seawall Tax, Contractors Special Fuel Tax and the Environmental Protection Fee reports and electronic payment of taxes by ACH Debit are made by submitting encrypted data through the Internet using a secured web site linked from this page.
Register for Electronic Filing
Complete the Petroleum Tax Electronic Filing Application and fax it 601-923-7165 to register for electronic filing. Each person authorized to use the Petroleum Tax Electronic Filing System is issued a User Id and Password. Additional User IDs or changes in authorization may be made by completing the Request for User IDs Form and faxing it to the Department of Revenue at 601-923-7165.

Compressed Gas Tax, Environmental Protection Fee, Lubricating Oil Tax and Seawall tax Reports are filed by direct entry thru Internet of the information necessary to create the report.
Gasoline Tax Reports, Special Fuel Tax Reports and Contractors Special Fuel Tax Reports may be filed by one of the following methods.
