- If you issue 100 or more K1's, you need to file electronically.
- Employers that issue 50 or more W-2s are required to electronically submit those to the DOR. Employers that issue 49 or less W-2s may utilize the application to enter the W-2 data and submit that information securely to the DOR. Please see more information here.
